I suppose I can tell you a bit about myself. I am a single work at home mom of two lovely angels that make me nuts at times. However, I'd not trade the experience for anything in the world.
I am a freelance writer and I have been expressing myself online since 2002. Since that time, I have enjoyed visiting online with more people than I can consider to count. Some of them I have met in real life.
I have also spent a lot of time searching for a means of making money online.
For instance, I have spent a good bit of time as a co-producer with an online entertainment production company; Blorfulation Productions, for a movie / mini-series by the name of Middling Fair, producer Kathryn Rushent. We are still waiting for this to sell and be produced. Hopefully, if the Lord's willing and the Creek don't rise this will happen soon...
Not too much longer after that I found myself in the mist of Hurricane Katrina. Boy did she ravage her way through the south east! We still haven't gotten over her influence. But we are working on it!
However, I had joined a Yahoo Katrina group and shortly after I found a message from Stephanie Partridge. I answered her message and sent her a sample of my work. I was suppose to take a test in order to be considered; however, after reading my work and completing a small writing assignment for her, she told me that there was no need for me to take the test that she was very impressed with my writing, and then she took me under her wing. We worked together with a few assignments and then she sent me an invitation to work with her on another site.

Not much longer there was another message on the yahoo groups from Cary Black, the owner of Red Owl Publications, who was in search of Hurricane Katrina Survivors who wanted to share their stories.
I sent him my Hurricane Katrina journal that I'd kept during the hurricane and it will be included in his book Tales of Katrina: A Freight Train Screamin'
Since that time I have begun publishing my other writing work on Factoidz. However, since first publishing this page a lot has happened and I have found that Factoidz is not a reliable site for freelance writers and I no longer recommend anyone join that site. The methods that are used there now appear to be a trap to scam hundreds of freelance writers and then confiscate their hard work and all the time they put into it. Hundreds of writers are not being paid for their efforts and asking questions will get you banned from the site. Learn more about it so you do not fall into the same Factoidz scam that so many others already have.
Rather, since I've learned what I have learned about the Factoidz scam targeting freelance writers I recommend that they choose a better more honest type of website for publishing their articles.
For instance, as a freelance writer who wants to earn some income from writing articles and making money with their bookmarks, I highly recommend that you check out a new website called Seekyt.
